Samantha Matthews is an amazing healer. I’ve had a couple of sessions with her focused on structural integration & healing physical imbalances caused by car accidents I’ve been in and they’ve helped immensely. I look forward to receiving more help from her in the future. I also look forward to trying other services at Harbor Health in the future. Prolotherapy and their hyperbaric chamber are especially intriguing. Samantha is also my favorite yoga teacher ever, her classes are outstanding and it’s well worth splurging on a private session or two with her to help fine tune your alignment and deepen your practice.
