Samantha's Yoga Tips
Make time for daily asana (posture) practice. Even just a few minutes will make a huge difference in the quality of your life. Remember to steady your breath and breathe fully from the back of your body to the sides and then around again to the front as a part of your practice that you take with you off the mat. This will keep you grounded in the yoga of life. Remember that yoga is what you choose to attach yourself to and energy flows where your consciouness goes. You have a choice to remember your breath, especially in times of difficulty. This will keep you steady and grounded no matter what is happening in the world around you.
